All orders placed before 3pm on a weekday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.)
All of our deliveries are carried by Royal Mail.
There are 2 services available for UK customers:
Royal Mail Tracked – 1 to 2 day service
Royal Mail Tracked – 2 to 3 day service
Both of these methods are fully tracked from our depot to your door. They also have options to request a signature on delivery.
We will send you an email when your order is dispatched so you can check on the progress of you order.

All of our international orders are sent Business Airmail. We also have an option (at extra cost) to send the order via Airsure®. Airsure® is generally a day faster than standard Airmail.
E-Lites take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from E-Lites it is the responsibility of the respective shipping company.
Royal Mail does not allow any claims procedure to begin before 28 days have passed since the date of shipping. E-Lites will however, at our discretion, agree to take this problem away from our customers after 14 business days and at our discretion will re-send the missing products to you at no cost.
Please be aware that E-Lites are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement service to save the customer the trouble of making a claim against the shipping company. This is an E-Lites policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service.
