Electronic Cigarette Warranty Information
E-Lites warrants to the original purchaser of the E-Lites Electronic Cigarette: The USB charger, wall charger, car charger, charging case (E-Pro 4 and E200) & E-Dock are warranted for a period of 12 months and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion up to a maximum of 3 times.
G9 model batteries are CONSUMABLE items, and as such are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase. Thereafter replacements may be purchased from the online store.
During the warranty period, E-Lites will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned part) components that are defective.
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorized modifications.
This Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.
E-Lites makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the EU / U.S.A., E-Lites disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above, and never more than the warranty conditions. Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.
HOW TO CLAIM
We will always endeavour to have your E-Lites products repaired and returned back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below: Contact E-Lites to determine if you need to return the product. Do not return a product to the sales merchant you purchased the product from without first contacting E-Lites.

If the problem persists, email a brief description along with your payment number to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Send only the defective component/s via standard Royal Mail post (a Royal Mail pre-paid returns label is available by email on email@example.com or by calling 01527 572 444). Please also enclose the following: a) your original sales receipt b) A cover letter with your name, return address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.
Return the product as stated above to: E-LITES RETURNS. Zandera Ltd. 18 Buntsford hill Business Park, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 3DX. Shipping charges to E-Lites are your responsibility. COD shipments will not be accepted by E-Lites, and we will not accept items which have not been shipped as directed above.
Could customers please ensure that all returns are substantially packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
